What to do when workshop captains have high salaries but high turnover, and training new employees is tedious and costly? Recently, Lao Qiu visited Guangdong Jiayante for an exchange and had an in-depth discussion with General Manager Chen of Jiayante regarding the difficulties in equipment operation and maintenance training for equipment factories and issues with online operations and promotion.

How to break through the industrial "training bottleneck"?
According to General Manager Chen, many equipment factories have always faced the problem of equipment operation being highly dependent on fixed operators. Whenever an equipment factory purchases new equipment, it requires significant time and cost to train captains. If trained captains leave within a short period, the factory faces the dilemma of re-recruiting and re-training, incurring substantial repetitive economic and time costs.
“Now, whenever a carton factory stops, or encounters any problem, they immediately call us. If there were dedicated equipment operation and maintenance animations, it could save equipment factories a lot of trouble,” stated General Manager Chen of Jiayante.
“This is actually a problem I discovered when I was doing consulting before. Later, I decided to start producing 3D animations, hoping to help equipment factories in this way. Now, many of our clients, after using equipment operation and maintenance animations, have trained their customers to watch the animations first when encountering problems, greatly improving communication efficiency,” proposed Lao Qiu.
Online Operations and Offline Customer Acquisition
In the past two years, Jiayante has made many attempts in self-media operations, and its online operations have developed rapidly. Taking advantage of this exchange visit, Lao Qiu and General Manager Chen shared their gains and experiences in online operations.
Lao Qiu pointed out that the importance of online operations lies in allowing more people to recognize and understand Xuncheng, thus becoming a catalyst for offline customer acquisition. General Manager Chen believes that a video can convey a lot of information implicitly. Through video shooting on-site at the client's location, the product's concept and advantages can be communicated, thereby stimulating customer interest and purchasing desire.

During the visit, Lao Qiu also toured Jiayante's workshop to gain a deeper understanding of Jiayante's equipment highlights, with introductions from the staff.
